I am very grateful to Andy and his team who came out on short notice to repair a leak in my bathroom. Not only did they repair the leaks, they also cleaned up after themselves, which is an art in itself these days. Andy is honest, diligent, thorough, professional and an excellent communicator. He is also reliable and forthcoming. I look forward to working with them again! ?
My first experience with Maple Valley Home Improvement was a phone call with the owner Andy. In a time during peak season when I couldn't get anyone out to even look at my project (aside from some high pressure sales people from Home Advisor) - he was able to get there HIMSELF by next day (while managing personnel at 2 different houses simultaneously) and because he was able to resolve our little "drip" in a matter of 5 or so minutes he would not accept payment and told us it was on the house.
