The staff here are miracle workers! The young lady at the front was super welcoming and kind. I spoke with a lady who said her husband would be doing the cleaning and she was so kind. I brought in my coach suede purse that had noticeable stains on both sides (mixture of alcohol and food from a party). I was so sad because this is my favorite purse. I ordered a suede cleaner from Amazon and cleaned it myself which barely made a difference. I eventually brought my purse in and they had me sign a waiver as cleaning suede can cause discoloration so I was expecting some discoloration upon pick up. I love this place! I was welcomed with a very friendly demeanor, and even though the alterations I need did not have a straightforward solution, she explained clearly what the issues were and that the repairs would not have the ability to be perfect. We agreed on a path forward. I was really happy she was willing to make an attempt to repair my items. And I love that she understood why I wanted them repaired. We had a quick conversation about not wasting resources in today's world. It was a great interaction.
This was a night and day experience from the other place. I tried right before coming to Maple Valley cleaners. I'm so glad I ended up here.
