Our air conditioner went out a few days ago. We called chelan valley and they were out the next day. The technician they sent out was AMAZING. She explained everything to us. Yes, it was a woman. She ROCKED it. Thank you Andrea.

Called Chelan Valley Heating early today, Tuesday July 14th. Needing service on our AC unit, not cooling. Rob got us on schedule immediately. Told isTech would be there by 9:00am, and Andrea arrived by 8:30am.
She was very through, took all steps to determine the issue.
Thank you for the prompt dignities and getting the AC unit cooling again.

Andrea saved us!!!! We showed up on a 99 degree day and the air was not working. When I called the gentleman on the phone walked me thru some troubleshooting. When that didn't work he was able to dispatch Andrea the same day. She located the problem and had the part to immediately fix the problem. She checked all vents for cool air and we were on our way to a cool afternoon and relaxation. Would highly recommend Chelan Valley Heating and Cooling to all my friend, family and anyone who reads this. Thanks again Andrea for your prompt and professional service call!!
