Austin from Woof Wagon was fantastic! He was super friendly, professional, and patient. My dog can be a handful when it comes to grooming due to anxiety, but Austin handled it with ease. He came right to my home, took the time to make my pup feel comfortable, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend his services!
I have three dogs and all of them are not good with nail trims. Austin came out and spent about 15-20 min with each dog, taking time to get them comfortable before using a grinder to gently and efficiently trim their nails (dew claws included). Two of my dogs had their best session ever and came back into the house happy. My third is a chihuahua, so she’s going to be a pill no matter what. I helped by holding her and Austin was patient and kind and unfazed by her bad attitude. We got the job done and she even let him pet her afterward. Definitely going with woof wagon for future trims!
My pup is very anxious when being groomed. Especially with the dryer. When I would pick him up from a salon he would be overstimulated to say the least and that was with Trazodone! After reading other customers reviews I decided to check out Woof Wagon. I am so glad I did. Austin is nothing but great! Jimmy absolutely loves him. Jimmy still lets the dryer know he is not a fan, but Austin is patiently working with him to get through that part of grooming. Jimmy always looks great and the best part is completely calm when he is done. Really can’t recommend Woof Wagon enough.
