Massage was great. Very deep to work out the tough knots. Very friendly. If you have never been before it can be pretty confusing to find & there is no reception area which is why I give 4 stars.

Other than it's really hard to reach them via phone for questions or concerns, and it can take some time to get return call. It's soo worth the wait! I've bought Groupons as gifts a number of times and everyone loved their experience.
