I heard about Highmark tattoo from a friend who got tattooed by Tyler recently and was able to call in to get an appointment with Ciara, not only were they extremely accommodating when I needed to reschedule but Ciara did an amazing job with the piece itself. Constantly making sure I was doing okay and making sure I loved it 100% before we even started! Not to mention the price was such a good deal for how much care and time she put into it! I will be going back to get more done and will be recommending this spot to everyone! Amazing vibes and amazing artists!🥰
