Nobody likes an unexpected plumbing bill. That being said the folks at Steve’s are professional, courteous and very proficient. I’ve had them work on a few issues over the past few years and have always been impressed and satisfied. Thanks to the whole team.
We had Brock out twice and Abbas out once (both with a parter but I didn’t catch their names) in the span of a week to deal with an under sink leak, replacing our emergency water shut off, replacing bad shut off valves, and turning down our home water pressure. They worked quickly, professionally, and rolled with it when things didn’t necessarily go the way they thought. They were on time and explained all the costs up front. They were all nice guys and worked hard. We will definitely use them again should the need arise…which we hope doesn’t anytime soon.
