They send out a really helpful bride guide with all the info you need on prepping for your trial and wedding day! I ran into a small scheduling hiccup for my trial and Megan was incredibly accommodating and provided great customer service! Amber was my artist and she was AMAZING! Not only is she a sweet person, she’s a great hair and makeup artist! I felt so beautiful on my wedding day! I even made a last minute switch to my hair and Amber executed it perfectly! “I have known Cassandra professionally for 8 years now and she is a consummate professional. Even prior to Covid she went above and beyond with safety and sanitation protocols. I'm a little disturbed by another reviewer who made allegations about "vaccine" status etc as it's none of our business to know the personal medical info of a professional doing treatments as it in no way affects the client. You have more chance of catching hepatitis or norovirus from eating at an eatery than you do catching covid from professional skin services. Cassandra has always worn gloves and masks when doing treatments and to top it off she has written Covid safety and sanitation protocols for the esthetics industry that other estheticians have put into place in their own practice.“

“Bri is excellent in what she does. She is the owner of London Lounge, and takes pride in her business. She’s extremely skilled and knowledgeable in skincare. My lash lifts are never treated with harsh chemicals, and products are gentle on skin and lashes. I almost fell asleep with my first facial; that’s how relaxing it was. Her rooms are stylish, table is comfy and warm, and the environment is calming. I’m always asked if I need castor oil or brushes after my lash lifts.“
