Exactly what I was hoping for. Some nice sauna options, a cafe with good food, and a peaceful environment that’s not too loud.
As a private chef, I’m constantly on my feet, planning menus, shopping, cooking, serving, and taking care of everyone else. This visit was exactly the reset I didn’t know I needed.
The facility is beautiful, clean, peaceful, and designed for true relaxation. My friends and I spent the entire day there, and for once, I gave myself permission to slow down, be quiet, and simply recharge.
The food was outstanding. We ordered the marinated beef short ribs, ramen, and fried calamari, and every dish was delicious. The complimentary tea and traditional sides were the perfect touch and made the experience feel even more special.

We had a great experience at Q Spa. The facility was very clean, and the overall ambiance was calm and relaxing from the moment we walked in. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
We especially enjoyed the dry sauna in the common areas, and we had an early dinner at the Q Café that was absolutely delicious. The soaking pools were incredibly relaxing, and the Korean body scrub was amazing—I left feeling completely refreshed and my skin felt so soft.
Overall, a really enjoyable experience. We’ll definitely be back!
