Really nice facility - clean, quiet, respectful.If you are getting a service (scrub, massage, etc.) consider bringing cash for the tip. Your provider will give you an envelope for the tip and you will place it in a mailbox in the lobby. Some providers may be able to reciev tip via credit card - best to check with reception when you check in.
Overall it was a good experience. However the sauna stopped working within minutes of our arrival with no explanation or compensation offered. The wet area was quite busy. Hot tub temperatures were inconsistent. The sauna areas were quite nice. However most had loud mechanical noises which made relaxing difficult. Only one room was quite peaceful. Not sure if the quality provided was worth the price.
My wife and I both love this place. This most recent visit was for the saunas, cold room, Q Cafe, and a massage. This was a repeat visit- we have been many times. We also sat in the massage chairs.
