I have been going to Pro nails For a couple years now. I have other nail salons that are closer to me, but I choose pro nails.. The shop is always clean and ever smells like chemicals and all the technicians are wonderful friendly they pay attention to what the customer wants.

I’m not sure how to rate my first experience at Pro Nails. I was leaving Alderwood Mall and called 80 min or so before Pro Nail closed the Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving to see if they had time to get me in for a looong overdue pedi. They were very nice and said come on in—I was about 4 min away.I got a chair right away, and took the kind offer of a bottle of water. The lady who started my pedi soak used a callous tool I wasn’t familiar with, which looked military grade?, so I wasn’t too concerned when she didn’t take very long, and then another gal came to finish up. I had one of my first best experiences living in WA. I’ve been living here 3 years and Angel is the best. She did my eyebrows, lip, legs, underarm and a Brazilian. Brazilian was my first time and it was a great experience. Eyebrows are perfect and I’ve been to places in WA that were horrible. Thank you so much I will be back soon
