I've been going here for about 5 years. For the most part, service has been an average of 4-1/2 to 5, however, this time it was a low 3. First of all, I did not recognize any of the manicurists. Not sure if they are under new ownership. I called 5 times to make an appointment before 1pm but my calls were not answered. The 30 minute wait for my pedicure because I didn't have an appointment was fine but it would have been good to be told. I sat at the spa pedicure chair without a foot soak for half an hour, just waiting. I was offered a bottled water which I accepted.I ordered the Basic Pedicure. I went in today and got my bridal shower nails and she did exactly what I was picturing! I'm so happy with my nails! They are BEAUTIFUL!I'm going to be back in a few weeks to get my wedding nails done too!

Love my basic manicure done by Thanh! She was incredibly detailed and took good care of my nails. Salon is clean. I walked in and although they had a few customers, I was attended to promptly. Located next to Safeway. I’ll certainly be back for more services.
