    We produce specialty baked goods, such as angel food products, brownies, cakes, cookies, cupcakes and muffins.Many of our products are Sugar or Gluten Free.We are suppliers for companies such as Kroger/Fred Meyer, Signature/Safeway and our products are shipped to retailers here in the U.S. and Canada.

    Olson Baking Company's Jalapeno Corn Bread is one of my favorite items. It has a kick to it, but is sweet and rich. This year, I skipped a birthday cake and just had a round of the Jalapeno Cornbread instead!
