I started out thinking my experience would be great but I had mixed emotions. I messaged them a picture and said I’d like to do this on my regular nails without acrylics if possible. They said they could do the design and it’d be $85. Didnt come with any of the regular manicure services, and they charged me $100. I had to have nails redone several times. They told me they could do it and had all the colors, they did not have all the colors. I had to repeatedly reexplain and show what I wanted. They play favorites with clients. Nova Nail Lounge is always a great experience. It's clean, modern, professional and well kept. The guy at the front desk always looks put together and is friendly. They have a menu with clear prices, and a paper where you fill out what you want. It's not the cheapest, but it's not the most expensive, and you get what you pay for. I always do walk-ins and I never have to wait more than a few minutes. Hallelujah! Let's say a prayer to the nail salon gods that it stays this way!
Staff was outstanding, enjoyed the pedicure itself. I just found the chair to not be as comfortable as other spots. Massage features were a bit rough, and the controls did not work as expected, but maybe I just got unlucky.
