We had the BEST experience at Nielsen Bros Flooring. They listened to what we wanted to update downstairs and helped guide us to options that fit best for our family! It was overwhelming to select carpet but the wonderful staff helped us to narrow down and select the carpet that we love! With two kids and two dogs in the house, it was important to get carpet that could withstand the wear. They answered our million questions promptly and thoroughly. The showroom had great options for us! We were able to then take the samples home and see what the colors looked like in our home and with our lighting. After we selected the carpet, we were quickly added to the schedule. The installers were professional, efficient and detailed! They left the space very clean after too.
