As always Macy’s is amazing. Went here to get my 13 year old son some cologne. Lady showed us where to find the men selection. Neither my son or I cared for lady much. She rushed us, took off, didn’t help my son with his questions. After we bought the Valentino. We left came back and had the guy help us get the other 2. He was way better at helping my son find his favorite colognes. We ended up buying all 3 he wanted.

Macy's still has great staff that is knowledgeable and helpful. Needed help finding several things in several departments and am happy to say I could find Staff to help me out.

I had to return an online order (black pants that didn't arrive, as promised, in time for my mother's funeral). I was pleasantly surprised when the return process was fast and efficient.
