Lighthouse Diving Center, established in 1972, has been a trusted part of the Puget Sound Diving Community for over 50 years. Founded by Air Force Veteran, Harry Truitt, the center has trained thousands of divers, with several going on to become successful Divemasters and Instructors. They offer a wide selection of new and pre-owned commercial diving, recreational scuba, snorkeling, and freediving equipment. Expert service is provided for all brands of equipment they sell to maintain the peak performance of your dive gear. I love going to this dive shop on my way to Mukilteo or Edmonds. I do a ton of research at home and usually come in with a ton of questions about my set-up and gear. Austin has been an awesome resource for me and I'm always happy when he is at the shop when I visit. He's never pushy about selling me items and ensures I get the correct item for my size and kit, even when they don't have it in stock. I really appreciate this.
Purchased a used drysuit, backplate and wing, and a handful of other cold water diving essentials after moving to Seattle last year. Long overdue review, Lighthouse Diving is an awesome and reliable shop with a great selection of gear and knowledgable staff. Visited both the Lynwood and Tacoma locations and had a great experience. They helped me select the right options for my budget and needs, and put up with all my questions as I tried stuff out. The drysuit needed new seals and a zipper and they handled the repairs, their communication and turnaround was great and the suit is staying dry! Thanks Lighthouse :)
