The best people around. Tim Carter 3 times came to my house to help on his days off, and once on New Year day when we had a plumbing leak. I've known most of the Innovative team for a long time and 100% rely on them whenever I need help. Tim has always been kind, knowledgeable, loves dogs, and done things right.
So Innovative was great. Ther General Manager came out and did the estimate. He also showed up with the crew the day they were installing the AC unit at our house. The crew was very respectful and clean with the work spaces and cleaned up really well. I have to say the two that came and installed the unit at our house were very efficient and worked smart as I was doing stuff in the garage while they were working and they cut over boxes and didn't make messes. I've dealt with Innovative on two occasions relating to mini splits in two houses where the builders or electricians had made mistakes. They've been quick, professional, and documented everything wrong -- the first time doing the service for free, the second charging it to the builder instead of to us. Great customer service!
