I went in with very thick and coarse male asian hair, that I had let grow for 2 years (way below my shoulders). I just wanted some clean up on hair that grew different lengths, and thinning. She asked about my future plans for my hair, lifestyle, and understood the assignment perfectly. Trimmed off the perfect amount, and reduced volume without jeopardizing length.
