I was looking for a place that would cater to kids haircut. I called in on a Saturday afternoon and TeTe was able to get us in quickly the same day. It was my sons first haircut he was 23 months old! She was so patient and made sure he and I were comfortable. She did a great job and his first haircut looked fantastic. She gave him toys to play with during the cut to distract him and she even gave me a “My first haircut” card with some of his hair to put in his baby book. I have to believe my toddler was the worst client this place has seen. He screamed and cried the ENTIRE time he was getting his haircut. TiTi was super patient and worked with him even while he was writhing around. How she managed to cut his hair evenly and nice is a miracle. I was sweating/anxious with my sons behavior and TiTi was cool as a clam. Definitely recommend.

Newsflash! Titi at Fun-Kuts also works on adults with mixed-race and African American hair textures! I walked in with a dry, black, haystack on my head and walked out with soft, silky coils. Titi listened, evaluated, then gave me a cut that fits my personality, life-style and hair texture. She even took pictures as she parted and finger-curled my hair so I could do better with this at home. There are so few stylists in the North End who comfortably work with mixed race hair. But when I sat with Titi among the kids' toys at Fun Kuts, I got a hairstyle I can take into any professional situation. She can do it all!
