F45 Training Lynnwood WA

I love this gym. In the beginning I had my doubts, I thought it was just like another gym but it’s totally different. You go there to really work out, the instructors are always around to help with the exercises. I am a visual person so I love that you can copy the exercises on the screens. I used to spend hours in the gym because I didn’t know what routine to do or my form wasn’t the correct but at F45 the 45 minutes of the class are enough to work out your whole body. I really recommend this gym, your money, time and health are worth it.

I’ve completed 10 clases at this studio and it’s one of the best F45 studios. The place is spacious, it’s always clean, and I like that they provide towels as well. The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and most important FUN! if you are intimidated by the workouts I’ll say give it a try first because the coaches and community are there to help you and cheer you up. I’ve tried many work out classes before and have felt the most welcomed at F45 Lynnwood. The gym is in a convenient location, always kept clean & sanitized in mind for COVID-19 guidelines, and the coaches make me look forward coming in to class. The coaches do a great job welcoming the class, walking through the stations, and they play an incredible music playlist to keep the mood high. I highly recommend this as a regular fitness option and can’t wait to join more classes.
