As first time home buyers we didn’t know what we didn’t know. Brad informed us on the market, the home buying process, the ins and outs of making offers, etc. He took his time to thoroughly explain every detail to us and didn’t make us feel like we were rushed or a burden for asking questions. In the end we found our home after ~5 months. Which is amazing in this market!
