I have been coming to this place for years. Including their old location on 196th. The staff is always friendly and more importantly knowledgeable. Brady and Nate in particular. They know what they're talking about and are always helpful. I can get the chemicals and parts that I need and they will price match as well which is an extreme convenience and help. On top of that they also do the free water testing which is also really nice. I bought my Jacuzzi hot tub from them a little over 3 years ago and have not had any issues. Would highly recommend

Big thanks to Brady, store manager at Lynnwood, for getting our solar cover quickly (and many other things over the years) and to Max for taking care of me when I picked it up. They are always so helpful and an all around great team. Great customer service and new location is the best!
