All of the staff were so kind and welcoming. I was fortunate to be able to get a same day appointment. Dr. V was very patient with all of my many questions and concerns regarding our aging guinea pig. It was nice to be reassured that keeping her comfortable was the top priority and have everything explained and priced out so I could make informed decisions regarding her care.
Dr. Vincenzi and all other staff were wonderful with my husky. He got right on the floor with my dog and provided a thorough examination as well as answered our questions. They made it as low of an anxiety inducing experience for my dog as possible.
