I scheduled RestoreWell to clean three bedroom carpets. Wesley was the technician assigned to me. Wesley was polite and professional from beginning to end. He explained what he did and pointed out some stains that he was not able to get out (carpets are 20 years old so I was not at all surprised not everything came out). Carpets came out sparkling clean! I am so very happy with how they look. Our primary bedroom carpet looks almost brand new. Wesley let me know how long it would take to dry and also let me know that if we wanted to get just certain portions of the carpets cleaned in the future they could work around furniture, etc. I was very pleased with Wesley... read full review
Jeff and Greg came to clean my windows inside and out. They even cleaned my greenhouse shed windows. They did an excellent job! Very nice gentlemen! Great customer service, on time, they do not rush, friendly. I appreciated our technician Jim's attention to detail. He accomplished exactly what we hired the company to do, make our carpet clean, remove pet stain and leave it fresh smelling. The cost hurt though.
