I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Liz. I have tankless hot water heater that I am having issues with. This unit was installed in my house prior to me purchasing. This unit was not installed by Vetter Plumbing. I am a DIYer and Tried to figure out the issue I am having. I contacted the manufacture several times on my own with no. So I reached out Liz. She and her crew were dealing with a very demanding project and in my opinion she should of told me that they didn't have time to help me out. Vetter Plumbing did a great job fixing and updating the old, wonky pipes in our shower and garage. Throughout the process, Doug was very responsive and patient with us as we figured out what we wanted. Their work is consistent, solid,efficiently done, and they took great care when running pipes through or along structural components of our house. Would definitely hire again!
