We have had such a wonderful care at Kaiser Dr He is amazing. She is always so compassionate and caring. Our needs have always been met whenever we see her. Kacy (her medical assistant) is witty and very caring also. We love Kaiser and are so thankful for the entire staff, including lab, X-ray and pharmacy.
Dr. Elyea (Matt) was super cool. Held my total attention explaining how the body functions when it’s fighting off a virus and explained the importance of staying hydrated. He helped me to understand how Flonase and Zyrtec work together. I’m glad I went. The nurses were all nice and the triage nurse and Alyssa (I think that was her name) was very nice and comforting.
I had just recently changed my providers to Kaiser and I have never been more impressed! I get quality care from the urgent care department and from my pcp. They listen to my needs and treat me like a human with compassion. I’m so grateful thank you Kaiser Longview!
