Hired Troy to build a cedar fence. He talked the talk and so did his helpers. They worked fast. Too fast to do a proper build as a matter of fact. To fast to listen to requests or not listen. Charged top dollar for the cheapest materials and the worst fence I've ever seen. He didn't like my views and the fence out sawed the fence from my front yard. "Repossesed" it He said. Hit my water main as well and failed inspection from the city. Do not hire this man!!!
