It might be a bit odd to write a review of a salon I'm NOT using for in-person services, but my amazing phone experience with Color Bar is still worthy of 5-star praise, almost especially so.When I called to find out if they used a purple toner for blonde/gray hair that was different than what is available for non-stylist purchase, they said the products they use ARE available to me as a consumer, they even gave me the name of both purple shampoos they use, and even though I wasn't booking in for a shampoo service, they were as kind and patient and comprehensive in helping me, as if I were.That standard of excellent phone service is rare and greatly appreciated by those...read full review
I've been going to Jerica for years for my blonding experience. Even before she had her own salon. I've gone through many stylists as I'm very picky with how I like my hair done. Jerica is always honest and gets me to where I want to be at. Having dark hair it can be more difficult to get it to the platinum color you want. She seems to always get me to be happy! I literally told her I'll never go elsewhere unless she forces me to. I love her and her work. I'll be a continued customer of hers for life or as long as she will have me.
You can't go wrong-went to Pals in Longview and was very disappointed, so I tried this place and have been going for several years now! Jessica does an amazing job and will communicate clearly about your results- she won't go rogue and does know how to foil blonde hair correctly without crazy foil lines or brassy blonde!
