Jessica, from Surreal Skin, has been my tattoo artist for over a year, and I consider her one of the best tattoo artists in Cowlitz County. Every tattoo session I've had with her has been a great experience. Not only is she very understanding, but I've been impressed with her professionalism and kindness.
