Joel was great!! We have a house that we just moved into in June and we wanted both a general assessment and to deal with a wasp problem in an outbuilding. He throughly explained the available options, was efficient, treated everything the same day and stressed that they would come back between treatments whenever needed. Great initial impression and glad I called.
I called many different pest control companies in Portland for my rodent issue, and Pointe Pest was really great at helping me come up with a plan. Daniel was very helpful over the phone and I appreciated that he took the time to help me identify whether I was dealing with mice or rats. He was very transparent with the pricing, friendly but not pushy. Pointe pest was the most affordable company I called, and they could also get a technician out to me the quickest. The technician who visited, Justen was awesome! He was an obvious expert and had no problem getting dirty and showing me all signs of pests. Very professional. Cleaned up any spider webs and the. Was very quick butthorough spraying. Explained what he was going to do, what he did and made sure we didn’t have any concerns. Great company to work with.
