Friendly staff at Longview Eye And Vision the front desk staff is always very friendly and very professional. I have broken my glasses many times because I have a chicken farm and I routinely get hit in the face by one of the birds wings or they jump on me and knock off my glasses. Anyways, no matter how many times I have a problem they fix up my glasses no problem and even got me a great deal on a pair of safety goggles matching the price online that I use when I’m operating a saw or hand tools around my ranch. I was also recently in a horrific car accident where my truck was totaled by a drunk driver, and I thought my glasses were just gonna be destroyed because they went flying and hit the window rolled then got crushed . The good staff at Longview eye was able to fix them right up. One day when I was buying new safety goggles, I needed to test how durable they were and I brought in a dummy Egg threw it in the corner and practiced getting it to simulate what it would be like getting an egg wearing glasses in a very hard to reach space. most places would laugh at me or think I’m crazy not the staff at Longview eye vision they understood my concerns did not laugh and where very respectful and quite interested to hear about the chickens one of the few places in the area where I’m not called the crazy chicken man or folks making odd comments. That’s why I bring them eggs because of their very professional attitude, and not laughing at people who are different or their hobbies they understand. The staff is so nice and professional, and they will make you feel like you’re right at home. Also like the fact instead of using those drops they have this camera thing that flashes and takes a photo of the back of your eye I loved it was so much I was able to drive home with easy and then operate a table saw and a drill press in the same afternoon after an eye exam did not have to have eyedrop so it made things a lot easier. Overall would recommend this office can’t say enough good things.
