I am a very "small" customer for Kari-Ann and her staff. I only have my renters insurance through them, but they treat me as if I'm the most important customer. Cathy (I think that's her name) who answered the phone today, educated me, reminded me of tasks I needed to complete and treated me as if I was their number one client. I highly recommend Kari-Ann's agency.
