Lauren was AMAZING! Needed a last second hair cut and beard clean up before a meeting and my barber was unavailable, cannot express my appreciation enough for the time and attention to my needs.

I had an awesome experience! Short wait upon arrival with courteous receptionist service. The real high point of my visit was working with my stylist Lacey. She was polite, patient and asked all the right questions to get the look I was going for. Five stars all the way!! Thanks again Lacey.

Laci asked what I wanted and did a great job cutting, thinning, etc. She was patient and willing to continue thinning my hair until I was happy.
I am not giving 5 stars only because the other hair stylist gave an explanation that made no sense to an older lady who used the Great Clips app and asked why she still had to wait for another customer who used the app, but still had not arrived after an hour.
That hairstylist said if a walk-in customer arrived, he or should would be taken before the older lady who used the app.
