I've been renovating my bathroom for the last couple of weeks on my own and made the mistake of drilling a hole right through a water line. My bathroom was flooded Tuesday evening and I had to turn my water off. I waited until Wednesday morning to call a plumber and called 4-5 "24/7" businesses with no answers or return phone calls. I finally called Gallow and Smith at 7:30 AM and they came out within the hour. Bob replaced my damage pipe in no time and even anchored my new vanity to the wall for me (which is what I was trying to do when I punctured the pipe). Very kind and friendly! Will be my go to plumber going forward!
