I had a few local companies come out to give me a quote to replace our furnace. Not one of them ever got back to me with a quote. Brian from Felton's is the only one who even put his hands on my machine, immediately replaced the broken wire, ran a diagnostic and determined our furnace could be repaired. Was back out within days to complete the repair and install a new digital thermostat for a fraction of the price of a new furnace. Our furnace has never worked so well in the 8 years we've lived here. Really great honest guy. Still to this day haven't heard back from the others.

Jeremy was the best. He took care of and explained everything about our system to my grandpa. And explained as he worked on it. He is the most polite person. If you have any problems with heating or cooling call these guys. They will take care of you. Thank you Jeremy you did great job and loved the southern draw. Thanks

I recently scheduled a maintenance and cleaning service for our heat pump units and had a great experience. After calling on a Thursday, I was given an appointment in two weeks. Nick, the technician, arrived right on time and immediately impressed me with his professionalism and knowledge. He took the time to show me how dirty the units had become and explained why they were so dirty. Nick had a positive, can-do attitude throughout the entire process. It was clear that he took pride in his job, and I appreciated his respectful and courteous demeanor. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them for maintenance.
