Jonathan was here fixing my furnace today. He was very kind and professional. Forgave me for my garage smelling disgusting bc I have 2 horrible cats who refuse to use the litter box. Diagnosed the issue quickly and still checked the entire furnace. Then our man climbed up to change the air filter that my ex installed. It was too small and had been sucked into the duct for nearly a decade. Smiling and patient the whole time, just said “I have one that fits.” Furnace is up and running and I am so grateful. Had been on a waiting list for other places but was a week out. Entek got us on the schedule in 2 days and kids and I are toasty warm tonight.

Our installation went great. The system is amazing. The individuals who put our system in were professional and knowledgeable. After our system was installed we ran into a couple of issues. Hired Entek to p/m service my mini split heat pump system with good results. Technician explained the differences in services to mini and the large units. Explained owner maintenance I can do to help the pump work efficiently. I highly recommend this company for all your hvac needs.
