Entek Corporation provides excellent HVAC services. Their technicians are kind, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to diagnose issues quickly and explain their work to customers. The company is prompt in scheduling appointments and resolving any issues that may arise. Their installation services are top-notch, and their maintenance programs are thorough and informative. Customers appreciate the personalized attention and trusting experience with Entek Corporation. The best in customer service, installers do a fantastic job and are very professional, polite and knowledgeable. They are eager to answer all questions and concerns, providing completely “above and beyond” service. Zach was extremely knowledgeable and helped select the perfect heat pump. Grace managed the scheduling flawlessly. The installation team Ivo, Sam, Olin, Tyler, Kraig, Cooper, and Craig were prompt, professional, friendly and did outstanding work. Kyle serviced mini split a/c units and outdoor units, polite and friendly and worked diligently, explaining all the work.
I had about 5 companies come out in September in preparation for the demise of our 20 year old unit. I called a couple of the companies that stood out to me Thursday morning after the heat pump and furnace went out and while everyone was nice, one company really stood out. We decided to go with Entek because they had the same brand of unit that we currently had that lasted 20 years and their rep that came up was knowledgeable and friendly. Entek said they couldn’t get a crew out to replace the unit until Thursday but they would bring us up heaters within the hour to keep the baby warm! When they got here with the heaters they informed me that they were getting a crew together to get out here Monday and at least get us furnace heat until they could connect the heat pump Tuesday. The installation took a little longer than they had anticipated but to be fair the installation of the prior unit made the installation of the new one a bit challenging. I am super impressed and incredibly happy with the customer service they provided and the troubleshooting skills of the men who installed the unit. Our new unit is so quiet we can barely hear it running! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to replace or install a new heat pump!
