Outstanding customer service! I know what they did to salvage my Mom’s laptop was a piece of cake to them, easy peasy, but to me, they were a lifesaver!! Didn’t make my issue seem trivial and understood the importance of that laptop to my 85 year old Mother!!
Oh, and did I mention very affordable!!!

After abusing my laptop, I called computer link northwest. I was met with the kindest voice on the phone, Steve, he and his staff were very kind and able to fix what I broke. I will definitely refer anyone who has questions or needs laptop/computer repairs to Computer Link NW.
