I had a friend that suffered the loss of a pet. I called from Idaho and they were willing to deliver all the way to Cathlamet Washington.

I didn’t look at their website so she was so sweet. Just letting me tell her a number I was wanting to spend in the colors I was thinking. Put together the basket perfectly.

Not only that she included a sympathetic rock with a quote, a beautiful card I didn’t ask for, and went the extra mile without me, even needing to say a word.
