Incredible service, taking superior care of me, a lone female trying to get my brakes fixed. I had the pads ready to install - the auto parts store got me the wrong ones, and Kendall's called them and ordered me the right part, then when they came in, the boys (Tom, Wade, Tim and Rich) installed the pads in ten, literally, ten minutes. They work great! While I was waiting, I was entertained by Wild Bill (Tom) who is a wonderful character that I hope to become good friends with. All the boys were stellar, friend and professional, and do you know what they charged me for the job? FORTY DOLLARS. Yes folks, forty dollars to install brake pads. I am so glad to know this place exists and I will be visiting and bringing them cookies often. I love this store.
