Incredible service, reliable, fast repair, friendly, helpful. We purchased a home with a hot tub, heater wasn’t working and we called Sparkling Spas and they were excellent, diagnosed the problem over the phone, and came the next day in person, to Wenatchee, to fix it within 10 minutes and went on their way. Was so relieving to have such great service when we are not savvy on Hot Tubs!

I didn't end up buying a hot tub, BUT these people are the best. The best that I've encountered anyway. I'm just learning about hot tubs and hit 4 local spa shops recently - Sparkling spas, sparkled amongst the competition. They were extremely knowledgeable and experienced. For example I love the fact that they are so confident in the superfluousness of built in pillows, that they don't just try to talk you out of them....they do NOT even offer them. I learned a ton at Sparkling Spas and suggest you stop in for an enlightening conversation if you are thinking about purchasing a hot tub.

Loved the fact sarah had someone come over after we were concerned about the water. Even thought they said the water checked out, they drained and refilled it to perfection. Thank you.
