I'm surprised by all the bitter reviews because this is the most pleasant experience I've ever had at an eye doctor. Everyone I've interacted with from the frames specialist to the ophthalmologist to the receptionist is kind and competent. I really appreciate the clear instructions and explanations the doctor gave. His guidance was significantly more thorough than other ophthalmologists I've seen, which explains why my prescription is flawless. The woman who helped me pick out my frames (sorry I didn't catch her name!) was funny, patient, and informative. While on a vacation in Langley, we had a minor emergency and we stopped in to the office to see if there was anything they could do…and even 5 minutes before their close time on a Friday. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we were able to solve the problem. Immensely grateful and pleased!

Don't usually write reviews, but was prompted to by reading the negative reviews from when Bayview Vision Clinic was under different ownership. New doctor, Flynt Davies, is thorough, good at explaining complex issues, and kind. The staff is helpful and sends text reminders of appointments- always appreciated! I think the great reviews will be rolling in. Glad this Clinic is here, literally right in my neighborhood!
