I have had a great experience at The Pet Doctor. They go to great lengths to make sure every pet is healthy and comfortable! Because of this they are super busy. One employee really stands out amongst how busy they get. Lexi, the one who most likely will answer your call, is always so patient and sincere. It's hard to be patient when you are busy and have worked a long day, but somehow Lexi always manages to answer the phone with a kind voice and a ready-to-help attitude. I really appreciate how prompt and considerate she is. Thank you so much Lexi!!

My Brutus and I have been fighting a UTI for what seemed like over a year. Numerous vets, treatments, and dollars, but nobody could get it right. All Prescribing the wrong antibiotics, various snake oil supplements, and unnecessary tests or procedures.
Dr. Smith had the expertise and experience to properly diagnose an issue that we have likely been dealing with for far longer than I thought, possibly 3-4 years!
I don't want to try and calculate how much money I've spent over those years. I know exactly how much one visit to Dr. Cindy Smith and the Pet Doctor cost, and it was absolutely worth it.
