I have had a great experience at The Pet Doctor. They go to great lengths to make sure every pet is healthy and comfortable! Because of this they are super busy. One employee really stands out amongst how busy they get. Lexi, the one who most likely will answer your call, is always so patient and sincere. It's hard to be patient when you are busy and have worked a long day, but somehow Lexi always manages to answer the phone with a kind voice and a ready-to-help attitude. My Brutus and I have been fighting a UTI for what seemed like over a year. Numerous vets, treatments, and dollars, but nobody could get it right. All Prescribing the wrong antibiotics, various snake oil supplements, and unnecessary tests or procedures.
