She is amazing. She was great at explaining what she was doing and why she was doing it. My back feels so much better after seeing her. She was great to talk to as well and overall I really enjoyed my experience

She’s like a little detective, trying to find out exactly what’s going on with your body, how the pain started, where the pain really is, how to correct it. She asks questions, she talks through what she notices happening with your body as she massages. She seems to really care and want to help. It was really helpful for me when she would tell me to take a deep breath and relax a certain muscle. I loved the guidance. I’ve been to a lot of massage therapists and never had an experience like this. Simply put, she’s the best. Abbie took my chronic pain and injuries into account, mapping the scar tissue, nerves, etc. to assess functionality and plan future care. I've had many good massages, but this was the first time someone took the time to explain things to me as she went along and really delve into my physical history.
