Drew, Jack, and team recently completed a renovation of an ADU in Tacoma that I had to manage from Hawaii. From start to finish, they did a great job! I was highly satisfied with their professionalism, communication, patience, and trust from start to finish. Hire them if you want the job done right.
This property required massive remodeling and many upgrades, and all the interior and exterior work completed or overseen by Drew Thatcher Construction met the highest of standards. Throughout the process, they solved every problem, met every challenge, and kept us informed about our options and their progress. And they turned a simple standard Craftsman into a jewel -- with cars slowing down so that the drivers could take a look as they drove past! They meet the gold standard for process and results.
Here is the acid test for a contractor. The firm does a significant remodel of your home, major reconstruction needed. Several years later, you want the Same Contractor to handle an even more significant remodel of a different property.
Both projects completed, both projects successful.
