We had the pleasure of working with Advanced Build NW (ABNW) after our experience with another contractor went south. They came in to the project (a modular ADU) and performed all of the site work and installation. There was some damage to the ADU and ABNW was hired by the builder to perform the refinishing work that needed to be done to bring it back to new. Their crew is personable but professional and always went the extra step to make sure we were happy. I wish I had known about them from the beginning as I would have foregone the modular and had them build us a paneled unit from the beginning. We also hired them for a custom cabinet and decks to finish the ADU.... read full review
