Besides the skin manipulation w oil, a Thai massage involves the masseuse pulling and folding your legs and arms in different directions, so if you have zero flexibility, I’d ask for the masseuse to go gently. I do yoga, so the massage felt great. Alina has been the only person who’s been able to work the kinks out of my shoulders and neck, even after going to physical therapy, a chiropractor, and acupuncturist. Private room and warm massage bed. Call 1-2 days in advance and leave a message and give possible days and times you can have the appt.
