Wow, finally someone who listens to you but gives you real expectations. I love how the process from black hair to almost blond went. It all made sense that these things take time. I am a regular customer who thinks that i can go blond in one day. Guess i can if i want my hair fried off lol Desiree was very upfront with me and did everything she could to make me look good and now a year later we are where we need to be and i still have all my hair on my head plus some. Her skills surpassed everyone I’ve ever used for my hair, and for a fraction of the cost. I even had hair extensions applied and man, it’s worth every penny. I love my new look.
