My gas fireplace is 25+years old and is[was] having trouble staying lit. SCH responded quickly, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and completed the work asap. The serviceman even suggested I replace a part that was close to failing.... no sense leaving a 25+yo part in with an indeterminate life span. I appreciated that suggestion.
