When visiting Washington from out of state, I had some chronic back pain flare up pretty badly and was in need of some immediate relief. Sarah was able to get me in, listened to my complaints, and gave instant relief. She sent me on my way with some exercises to keep the pain away through my trip. If I lived near here, I would be a weekly customer! Couldn’t recommend Sarah enough!

I just got back from a massage with Sarah and I feel so much better! I’ve had horrible upper back pain and with her use of multiple techniques I’m ready for another day! Sarah was super helpful in giving me some stretches to do during the day for relief! Highly recommend!

Sarah really catered to my troubled areas, very knowledgeable with anatomy and trigger points, friendly and professional. Really started experiencing immediate relief with her deep tissue massage. I will be returning! Thank you Sarah!

She decided to become a massage therapist while on a deployment, volunteering in a Physical Therapist's office. She enjoys working on all body types and age groups, with an emphasis on athletes. She focuses on deep tissue techniques but also enjoys providing massage to increase relaxation. Originally from Minnesota, she grew up playing hockey and graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Science in 2011. She moved to WA in 2018 for the mountains and the ocean. She has settled in Lake Stevens
